Philosophy Factory holds all Intellectual Property Rights on original
programs, designs, applications, widgets, tools, and libraries. This gives us the ability to reuse code we've written in part or wholly, specifically without client branding or identical styling. The Client holds explicit rights to their own content, artwork, media, and data. Unless by special arrangement, we are allowed to use any graphics and code in a self-promotion capacity (portfolio / demonstration). Open Source
